Foundation Realty was founded on a straightforward observation: too many property owners, HOA boards, and renters in the Roaring Fork Valley were settling for the bare minimum landlords and management companies that were slow to respond, vague about finances, or simply hard to reach. We set out to build something different: a property management company where communication and transparency aren’t selling points; they’re the standard every client can count on, every time.

We started by focusing on what we saw as the most consistent failure point in property management: the gap between what companies promise during a sales pitch and what they actually deliver once a contract is signed. Our answer was to build our business around a small number of principles we’d hold ourselves to no matter how much we grew principles that now shape everything from how we onboard a new owner to how we handle a 9 pm maintenance emergency.
